Audio guides are available for the exhibition in the counts’ hall and knigths’ hall buildings. Explore Kyburg Castle as a historical monument and castle museum with the “guided tour in your ear”. Languages: Audio guide: CHF 3.- / person
People with mobility impairments may be driven to the inner courtyard of the castle by appointment. The vehicle must then be parked in the public car park in front of the entrance to the village. A person with mobility impairments travelling alone may leave their vehicle in the inner courtyard during their visit to the castle. Due to the many stairs, the castle is only partially accessible for people with mobility impairments. Wheelchair users have access to the chapel with mural paintings from the 15th century, the rooms on the ground floor with the amusing short films on the history of the castle, the café as well as the disabled toilet and the ticket office with shop.

The administration office is open from Monday to Friday.
Drinks and snacks are available in the café.
Dogs on a leash are permitted in the castle courtyard and gardens.
A water bowl for the four-legged friends is available at the ticket office.
Dogs are not allowed in the museum rooms.
